The blog is hosted through "Dreamhost" and could experience short periods of downtime occasionally. Experience indicates this is rare, and has never extended for more than 3 hours. No refunds will be provided for downtime due to Dreamhost but I will refund if Dreamhost goes belly up and the server is down days on end. Purchasing will provide you access to a blog with text directions and images. Subscribing will also automatically add you to our mailing list, which will be used to send you announcements when new lessons are uploaded to the blog. I'll also periodically announce chats or other events to help my knitters along with the projects. Customer obligations: Customers use their own equipment to connect to "The Knitting Fiend: Premium. That is, the customer connects to the web using their own pc, using browser (like Firefox, internet explorer etc.). They are responsible for making sure they have equipment suitable for surfing the web. Finally: This project is new, so terms and conditions are subject to change.
